Who pays for shipping, how do I track a shipment, and how much does it cost?
All clients pay actual shipping costs for all shipments. We use Fedex exclusively under all circumstances. At anytime before or after your order, you can click the SHIPPING CHARGES link in the HELP menu to view actual shipping costs to all the countries we ship to. If your country is not on this list, we do not ship to your country.
To track a shipment, LOGIN and click on ORDER HISTORY on the right.
Search orders to find the ones you want to track.
Click on the order number for the orders with the status COMPLETE.
On the next page, you can view and print your invoice for this order, and if you scroll down to the bottom, track your shipment.
