How long will it take to receive my order? What about backorders?
Shipping a package from here to there takes 3 business days in most cases. If you live in the USA or Canada, we only ship Monday through Thursday. So, a shipment leaving on Wednesday generally arrives on Friday, and a shipment leaving on Thursday generally arrives on Monday.
Each order is shipped when it's complete. That is, we do not ship partial orders. Expect your shipment to arrive 2.5 weeks after you have placed it. Assume we require 2 weeks for production after you order. We do out best to keep stock of most popular items to minimize the time it takes to complete an order.
If you ordered on a Monday, we'll process your order on Tuesday, and you can expect your order to be shipped 2 weeks later on Tuesday or Wednesday. Orders placed later in the week Thursday through Saturday will generally ship the Monday after two weeks later.
